MS-350 Series - Medical Impulse Sealer with Temperature Control System

The impulse sealer MS-350 has been developed specifically for medical & pharmaceutical industries to meet the evolving and stringent needs from many leading device suppliers both in Japan and North America. Installed with the microcomputer controlled temperature adjustment ONPUL system, this  sealer is able to set the optimum heating temperature, offering consistent, strong and beautiful seals. Despite of the quality sealing this medical sealer creates, it is very simple and easy to use with the easy touch-switch operation and even with the auto interval cycling.

The heating element mounts on the top lever so that it can seal the sterilizable bag which transparent surface upward. The over-heating prevention system is also mounted to gurantee the safety. WP type is standard equipped with an electronic hot stamp printer, while NP type is without the printer.

Microcomputer controlled temperature adjustment system is designed to set an optimum heating temperature, offering seal-to-seal consistency of pressure thanks to its electronic solenoid’s architecture.

Stabilizes the sealing with ideal sealing condition
With the ONPUL System, a user can set the heating temperature at exactly film’s melting point. The continuous use of the sealer affects neither the sealing condition nor the sealing precision. Because it can be operated using bare-minimum heating, it is energy-efficient and labor-efficient. It also reduces wear on the parts.

Safety Measures
In the event that over-heating occurs by any chance, the sealer automatically turns off heating. The clamping lever also does not completely go down if a foreign object such as a finger is caught in the sealing area. The sealer is provided with a mechanism to return the lever to its initial position.

Simple Operation
Use the touch panel on the control unit to set conditions such as heating temperature, heat keeping time, and cooling temperature, while checking the set values on the liquid crystal screen.

Equipped with Tow-line printing device
MS-350-WP is equipped with an electronic hot stamp printer as standard. The printer utilizes heated types to print carbon. This allows the printing of texts and dates such as product date.

Easily operated with Touch-Switch system
Touching lightly the touch-switch to operate sealing. Continuous automatic-operation mode can be selected as well, setting the interval time between each sealing operation.
